Raised under sky, the animal with the most intimate connection to the underground, our pork is a complex reflection of the valley it was raised in - wholesome, hyper-local, clean. Pastured animal fat and richly colored meat, cultivated from sun and soil. This pork takes care of you.

Reserve your pork share with a deposit. We will invoice you for the balance once your animal is harvested. Your total cost will be determined by the exact weight of your hog and how you have it cured/uncured. Half & Whole Hogs are custom cut to your specifications, Quarter Hogs are a curated selection of cuts. Here’s what you can expect in a typical Quarter Hog box.

  • Whole Hog share is $6.00/lb plus butcher cut and wrap fees. Average total price for a Whole Hog is $1800. (approx 184 lbs of take home meat). Leaf Lard, Back Fat & Bones included.

  • Half Hog share is $6.40/lb plus butcher cut and wrap fees. Average total price for a Half Hog is $940. (approx 92 lbs of take home meat). Leaf Lard, Back Fat & Bones included.

  • Our beautiful Quarter Hog Shares (~40 lbs of take home meat for an average price of $440) are a customer favorite.
