Your beef will be hand selected from our herd when we are certain it is beautifully fat and ready. Calmly raised on our richly diverse pastures with living soil under hoof, our cattle and grasslands belong together. They are harvested in the summer and fall after they have given to and grown from the season’s bounty.

Reserve your beef share with a deposit. We will invoice you for the balance once your animal is harvested. The exact weight of your individual share will determine your total cost. Whole & Half Shares are custom cut to your specifications, Quarter & Eighth & Sixteenth Shares are our curated mix of ground beef, steaks, roasts, and more. Here is what you’ll get in a typical Quarter Beef Share.

• Whole Beef Share $4.80/lb plus butcher cut and wrap fees. Average total price for a Whole Beef is $4800. (approx 480 lbs take home meat).

• Half Beef Share $5.20/lb plus butcher cut and wrap fees. Average total price for a Half Beef is $2580. (approx 240 lbs take home meat).

• Quarter Beef Share $6.00/lb plus butcher cut and wrap fees. Average total price for a Quarter Beef is $1450. (approx 126 lbs of take home meat).

• Eighth Beef Share $6.40/lb plus butcher cut and wrap fees. Average total price for an Eighth Beef is $770. (approx 64 lbs of take home meat).

• Sixteenth Beef Shares are available late fall and during our March deliveries. $6.80/lb plus butcher cut and wrap fees. Average total price for a Sixteenth Beef is $410. (approx 32 lbs of take home meat).

• GROUND BEEF Share - With a deposit of $130, you reserve 25 lbs of high quality “80/20” ground beef (1 lb packages). Total price approx $270
