All Roasts (8 total: 5 chuck roasts, 2 arm roasts, 1 boneless shoulder roast. These are your more marbled roasts and are ideal for slow cooking for tender rich pot roast recipes.)

4 best Roasts (butcher selects when cutting) with remaining 4 Roasts ground for more Ground Beef (good choice for families).

Grind all 8 roasts (we tend not to cook pot roasts and prefer more Ground Beef)

Short Loin *

These premium bone-in steaks are your Tenderloin steaks on one side of the bone and your New York Strip Steak on the other side of the bone. Your Filet Mignon will come 2 packages of 2 per package for a Half share and 4 packages of 2 per package for a Whole share.
